There are two major stations in Mumbai – CST (Victoria Terminus) and Dadar. If you are going to take a train from Mumbai to Delhi, then the best station will be CST station (also known as Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus), because there are many trains that start from this station and go to Delhi. So if you are not familiar with trains and their routes, then it is better to choose this station.

Now when you have chosen the best station for your trip, let’s talk about how to buy a train ticket from Mumbai to Delhi.

There are 2 ways of buying train tickets:

1.You go to the railway station and buy a ticket there;

2.You use Indian railway online booking (IRCTC).

One of the most exciting things you can do in India is a train trip. I’ve been traveling by train for many years, and here’s what I know about it:

1. Indian trains are really cheap.

2. You can buy tickets using your smartphone.

3. It is also possible to go without a ticket (but beware of the consequences).

4. There are many ways to travel from Mumbai to Delhi, but here’s the one I recommend:

– Buy a ticket from Mumbai to Kalyan (Rs 50)

– Once you arrive at Kalyan, get your luggage ready and walk over to the Western Railway station (about 10 minutes away)

– Take a taxi from there to the Central Railway station (Rs 200). You’ll need to get off at Dadar East and then take another taxi or auto rickshaw (Rs 10) back into town again (about 15 minutes).

– Go through immigration at CSTM (Mumbai Central) before boarding your train.

– Get off at Dadar West station, where you’ll find some great food outlets on both platforms – including a McDonalds! If you want something more local then try “Hotel Surya” which serves delicious thalis all day long
