Packing for a trip can be stressful. 1. Always have a snack on hand! This tip is a must. Keep a bag of cashews or almonds and a few pieces of fruit in your carryon bag to prevent yourself from getting hangry on the plane and inhaling all of the processed junk they pass out in-flight.
2. Get up often. I know this can sometimes be difficult, but it’s important for your blood circulation and muscle health to get up and stretch during long flights. It also gives you an excuse to walk down the aisle and talk to the cute stranger sitting next to you!
3. Stay hydrated! Drink lots of water before, during, and after your flight to stay fresh and avoid jet lag.
